Q. Do I Need a Lawyer?

A. If you’ve had your license suspended for a DWI offense, we can defend your case by poking holes in the proof against you. We may be able to get a reduction granted on your behalf.

Q. I Didn’t Know My License Was Suspended. Can You Help?

A. A license can be suspended without the driver (you) knowing until an AUO charge. It is possible that you didn’t know of the suspension, and this may be able to be proven. A change of address or the notification from the DMV of the suspension sent to the wrong address may be grounds for an AUO reduction or elimination.

Q. Can I Drive Following an Aggravated Unlicensed Operation?

A. No. You’re not legally allowed to drive until your license is restored. We will review your case to determine the reason behind a suspension, and proceed. If you’ve been convicted of an AUO3, paying your tickets or fines is usually all that is needed to get your license restored.
